Bats like this deserve to be seen! Dove Tail Bats is making the best bats in the game, and Sutherland Weston was brought in to help spill the beans about baseball’s best kept secret. At Sutherland Weston I had the pleasure of developing visual marketing for one of Maine’s best kept secrets.
The Bat
Dove Tail Bats revolutionized the industry by engineering the first metal bats with ProXR grip technology. I used the contrast of metallic gold against matte black to design some sophisticated graphics for the Tremor bat.
The Tremor and the branding that went with it were cool enough to help get Dove Tail Bats on the shelves at Dick’s Sporting Goods!
Instagram Posts
Using photography from the client and assets created at Sutherland Weston, I created Instagram posts to promote both this bat along with the rest of Dove Tail’s line.
Motion Graphics
I began to dabble in motion graphics to show the bat artwork off and get better reach as Instagram and other platforms continued to prioritize video content.
Dove Tail Bats quickly became one of my favorite brands to work with. It’s been an honor to lend my design skills to build a brand world for the best bats in baseball!
